How long will it take to receive my delivery? We strive to deliver every fuel order in 1-2 business days from the time of the order.

Do you have automatic delivery? Yes, we ask that you receive 2 fill ups prior to starting the auto fill  program for us to accurately set up an automatic schedule.

Do you know what time I will receive my delivery? The drivers receive their routes on the morning of the delivery. They establish the timing pattern of their route. If you are having scheduling conflicts, we will happily call the driver to determine an approximate time.

Do you offer "Budget Accounts" for home heating oil?? The budget account is offered in conjunction with our regular trade account.  These accounts require 11 monthly payments to "even out" the cost of Home Heating Fuel throughout the year.  Our Budget program starts in June with a final payment due in May the following year.  Please contact the Credit Department at 1-888-427-6672 ext. 2226 if you would like more information regarding our budget program.

 
 
Do you have a location I can pick up fuel oil? Yes, you can pick up fuel oil at our Burton location and our  Walnut Street location in Jefferson.

What if I run out of fuel? We offer 24 hour emergency service with all of our automatic accounts. Please call 1-800-362-9598 to connect to the petroleum office. If you are not on automatic delivery, we will work to get you on the next business day schedule.
